These specialised classes are designed to support you through pregnancy, birth recovery, and early motherhood. Pregnancy yoga helps you move safely and confidently while easing common discomforts and preparing both body and mind for birth.
Postnatal and Mum & Baby sessions focus on gentle recovery, rebuilding strength, and supporting posture, all while welcoming your baby into the practice. These classes create a nurturing space to care for yourself, bond with your little one, and connect with other mums.
